Our service offers appointments during extended hours to accommodate the needs of our patients as we understand the needs of our patients and aim to deliver your prescriptions within 1–2 working days.
Each order processed via our site is assessed by a licensed prescriber from the UK and will only be dispensed if it falls within the prescriber's professional scope.
Are your prescribers registered?
Yes. We are based in the UK and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Are you a registered pharmacy?
Our supply comes from a range of GPhC-registered pharmacies located around the country.
How secure are my details?
Orders made through our website are handled with total privacy, and your information is always kept secure.

How can I be sure I am buying the right treatment?
We offer a wide range of services. Once you have selected the item you want to order, you will need to complete a detailed medical form which will be reviewed by our team. Our prescribing pharmacist will assess the form to determine your eligibility for treatment. If approved, we will collaborate with your chosen pharmacy to ensure your medication is delivered within 1–2 working days.
Explore a variety of conditions within our prescribers' expertise on our website. After making your selection, you can complete a form. The prescriber will then reach out to conduct a comprehensive consultation. Following this, a prescription may be issued, advice provided, or a referral sent to your GP for additional evaluation.
What is included in the price?
Our services are priced individually with transparent pricing, without any hidden charges which are all highlighted on our website.
What happens if my order is rejected?
If the medication you have ordered has been found unsuitable for you for any reason by the prescriber, you’ll be notified by email, and you won’t be charged.
How do I reorder?
After your initial medication supply, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. During this appointment, you can engage with your prescriber to address any pertinent information and reorder your next medication supply.
Will I receive confirmation from you?
Yes. We will keep you updated at every stage of your order by email. If you need any further assistance, our customer care team is ready and waiting to help.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been approved by our prescriber, you can still cancel it. Just get in touch with our customer care team, and they’ll cancel it for you. If you cancel your order with us before it is approved, you won’t be charged.
Payment
How do I pay?
All major payment types are welcome for credit and debit card payments through our payment gateway, with the exception of AMEX.
Are my details secure?
Yes. When you order with us, we do not have access to your card details at any point. These are handled exclusively by our payment processor and kept safe.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. You can enter different billing and delivery addresses when placing an order. You can also make alterations by contacting our customer care team.
