Who will review my request?

All requests are reviewed by a UK-registered independent prescriber or pharmacist. They’ll consider your answers, medicines, allergies, and health history before advising treatment.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond within one business day. If you need urgent help, email enquiries@privatepharmacycare.co.uk or call 0800 2545786.

Do you deliver?

Yes — all eligible orders are delivered in discreet packaging. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How do payments work?

Where a fee applies, you’ll receive a secure payment link after your consultation has been reviewed. You only pay once your request has been clinically approved.

Can I get a refund?

Professional services are generally non-refundable once a clinician has assessed your request. For delivery issues or damaged items, see our Returns & Complaints.
