Private Pharmacy Care Ltd (“we”, “us”) processes personal data in line with UK GDPR and healthcare regulation. We are the data controller for website enquiries and the pharmacy controller for clinical records.
Data we collect

- Clinical: Symptoms, conditions, medicines, allergies, history, notes.
- Technical: Basic device and usage data (cookies are minimal and essential only).
- Payments: Processed by our provider; we don’t store full card details.

Lawful basis
We process health data for the purposes of healthcare (Art. 9(2)(h) UK GDPR) and to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We also process data where required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)) and for legitimate interests such as service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights.
Retention
We keep clinical records in line with professional guidance and legal requirements. Non-clinical enquiry data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.
