What can be refunded?
Professional services (e.g., consultations and prescriptions) are non-refundable once provided. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us so we can put it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
How to start a return
- Email enquiries@privatepharmacycare.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We’ll confirm next steps. Please don’t return any medicines without authorisation.
- Where a return is approved, we’ll issue instructions and timeframes.
Complaints procedure
We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly.
- Write to us at the email above with “Complaint” in the subject line.
- We’ll acknowledge within 5 business days and provide a substantive response as soon as possible.
- If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the relevant regulator or ombudsman. We’ll provide details on request.
