1. About these Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Private Pharmacy Care website, complete a consultation, or buy pharmacy or clinical services from us. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them.
Private Pharmacy Care Ltd (“we”, “us”) trades as Private Pharmacy Care. We are a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy (premises 9012919). You can check our registration on the GPhC Registration page. Contact details are at the end of this page.
2. Using our site
You must be 18 or over to use this service, provide accurate information, and use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access other people’s records, or submit a consultation on someone else’s behalf unless we have agreed that in writing.
We may suspend, change or withdraw the site or a service at any time, including where we need to do so for clinical, legal or operational reasons.
3. Clinical services
Consultations and prescriptions from this pharmacy are private. They are not NHS services. Completing a form does not guarantee a prescription or supply of a medicine.
All clinical decisions are made by a UK-registered independent prescriber or pharmacist, based on the information you provide. You must answer honestly. We may ask for more information, offer an alternative, decline treatment, or refer you to another service where that is appropriate. How prescribing works is explained in our Prescription Policy and on How It Works.
4. Pricing and payment
Fees are shown before you pay. Where a fee applies, you receive a secure payment link after clinical approval. You are charged only when your request is approved. We do not store full card details.
Prices may change from time to time. The price that applies is the one shown when you complete payment.
5. Delivery
Eligible orders are packed in plain packaging and sent to the UK address you give. Delivery options and prices are shown during the order and on our Delivery Information page.
Please check that the address is complete and that someone can receive the parcel. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to that address.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Professional services, including the consultation and any prescription issued, are non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your request or provided the service, even if treatment is not approved or you later change your mind.
Because we supply medicines, most items cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Full steps are in our Returns Policy.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
The site and our services are provided for people in the UK. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
8. Privacy
We process personal and health information in line with UK GDPR and healthcare regulation. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is published on this page with the last-updated date below. The version that applies is the one in force when you use the site or submit a request.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
