How to use mometasone 50mcg nasal spray
Children 3–11: ONE spray into each nostril once daily (100mcg/day). Adults and children 12+: TWO sprays into each nostril once daily; reduce to ONE spray each side for maintenance once controlled.

- Severe allergic reaction — seek help now Seek immediate medical advice for swelling of eyes, face, lips or throat, shortness of breath or wheezing, rash, or feeling faint.
- Vision changes or steroid cautions Contact your GP or ophthalmologist for blurred vision. Long-term steroid use has rare risks including adrenal effects, growth concerns in children, cataract and glaucoma.
