Private service
Consultations and prescriptions from this pharmacy are private. They are not NHS prescriptions.
Prescribing
A prescription is a clinical decision. We only supply a medicine if a UK-registered prescriber decides it is appropriate for you, based on the information you provide.
Consultations and prescriptions from this pharmacy are private. They are not NHS prescriptions.
A clinician reviews your answers, medicines, allergies and history before deciding.
If treatment is approved, you receive a payment link and the pharmacy dispenses to your UK address.
Requests are reviewed by UK-registered independent prescribers and pharmacists. The superintendent pharmacist is Khawaja Tanveer. Names and GPhC numbers are on Our Pharmacists and GPhC Registration.
You complete a confidential questionnaire about your symptoms, medical history and current medicines. You do not need a GP appointment first. The steps are set out on How It Works.
You must answer honestly. A clinician can only decide safely from the information you give. If something is not covered by the questions, add it in the notes or contact the team before you submit.
We aim to respond within one business day. If more information is needed, we will contact you. Some treatments also need a telephone consultation. You will be told if that applies.
Completing a form does not guarantee a prescription. We will not supply a medicine if it is not clinically appropriate, if the information is incomplete or inconsistent, or if we cannot do so lawfully. If a request is declined, we will tell you and advise on the next step where we can.
This service is not for medical emergencies. For urgent or severe symptoms use NHS 111 or A&E.
Where a fee applies, you receive a secure payment link after clinical approval. You are charged only when the request is approved. The pharmacy then dispenses the medicine and sends it in plain packaging. Delivery options are on the Delivery Information page.
Professional services, including the consultation and any prescription issued, are non-refundable once provided, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Consultation answers and pharmacy records are kept as clinical records. We process them under UK GDPR for healthcare, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not share your details for marketing.
If you are unsure whether an online consultation is suitable, email enquiries@privatepharmacycare.co.uk or call 0800 254 5786 (7 am–8 pm every day).
