Introduction
Women’s health, reviewed privately
Cystitis, thrush, bacterial vaginosis and period delay are common reasons to want a private consultation. An online request can be appropriate when symptoms are typical and you can give a clear history.
A UK-registered clinician reviews your answers. Some symptoms — such as fever with a UTI, pregnancy, or recurrent problems — need different care. Each treatment page explains the limits.

Eligibility
Who these treatments are for
These pages are for adults in the UK who want a private, clinician-reviewed consultation for women’s health symptoms. A clinician decides whether treatment is suitable. The lists below are a guide only.
May be suitable if
- You are an adult and can complete an online consultation accurately
- Your symptoms match one of the listed conditions
- You can provide your medical history and current medicines
- You understand that a clinician may decline treatment if it is not appropriate
Seek other care if
- You have severe, sudden or worsening symptoms that need urgent assessment
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or treating a child — unless a page says otherwise
- You need an examination, test or face-to-face review that cannot be done online
- This is an emergency — go to A&E
If you are unsure, contact us or use NHS 111. Online treatment is not a substitute for emergency care.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get UTI antibiotics online?
A clinician may prescribe if your symptoms and history are suitable. Antibiotics are not automatic, and some UTI presentations need urgent or GP care.
What if I might be pregnant?
Say so in the consultation. Many treatments are not suitable in pregnancy. Seek GP or urgent care if you are unwell.
Is emergency contraception in this category?
Emergency contraception is listed under Sexual Health so you can find it quickly.
Will the parcel show what I ordered?
No. Approved orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging.
