How it works

How Online Pharmacy Treatment Works

Request treatment online. A UK-registered clinician reviews your answers, and if a prescription is appropriate, our pharmacy dispenses and delivers it in plain packaging.

  • Confidential online consultation
  • UK clinician review
  • Discreet UK delivery

The journey

Five steps from request to delivery

Every request follows the same clinical pathway. Nothing is supplied unless a clinician decides it is suitable for you.

  1. Online consultation

Complete a short, confidential questionnaire about your symptoms, medical history and current medicines.

Your answers help our clinicians understand whether treatment is appropriate. The form is private, and you can add extra notes if something is not covered by the questions.

  2. Clinical review

A UK-registered clinician reviews your answers to check the treatment is safe and suitable.

If more information is needed, the team will contact you before making a decision. A request may be declined if treatment is not clinically appropriate.

  3. Prescription / approval

If treatment is suitable, a prescription is issued. If it is not, you will be told why and advised on next steps.

No medication is supplied without clinical approval. If approved, you may be sent a payment link before the pharmacy prepares your order.

  4. Pharmacy dispensing

Our pharmacy team dispenses your medication to professional standards and prepares it for dispatch.

Your treatment is checked and labelled by the pharmacy team. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you before making a change.

  5. Discreet delivery

Your order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging and delivered to your chosen UK address.

The parcel does not show what is inside. Tracking is provided where the delivery service allows it.

Common questions

Before you start

These are the questions people ask most often about the process.

Do I need a GP appointment first?

No. You complete an online consultation. A clinician reviews your answers and decides if treatment is appropriate. Some treatments may also need a telephone consultation.

How long does the clinical review take?

Requests are reviewed as soon as a clinician is available. If more information is needed, the team will contact you before making a decision.

What if treatment is not approved?

You will be told why and advised on next steps. No medication is supplied without clinical approval.

Will I need a telephone consultation?

Sometimes. A few treatments require a call with a prescriber before a prescription can be issued. You will be told if that applies to you.

Is delivery discreet?

Yes. Orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging. The parcel does not show what is inside.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your consultation is handled privately by the clinical and pharmacy team. We do not share your details for marketing.
