Consultations and prescriptions

Do I need a GP appointment first?

No. You complete a questionnaire from home. Some treatments may also need a telephone consultation. You will be told if that applies to you.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond within one business day. If you need urgent help, email enquiries@privatepharmacycare.co.uk or call 0800 254 5786.

Is treatment guaranteed?

No. Completing a form does not guarantee a prescription. Treatment is only supplied if a clinician decides it is clinically appropriate.

How do payments work?

Where a fee applies, you receive a secure payment link after your consultation has been reviewed. You only pay once your request has been clinically approved.

Delivery, refunds and data

Do you deliver?

Yes. Eligible orders are delivered in discreet packaging by Royal Mail tracked services. You receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Fridge items are sent on the next-business-day option.

Can I get a refund?

Professional services are generally non-refundable once a clinician has assessed your request. For delivery issues or damaged items, see the Returns Policy.

How do you use my data?

We process your information in line with UK GDPR and healthcare regulations. Read our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not share your details for marketing.

How do I make a complaint?
